The grandson with curly hair noticed that and he is trying to help others realize that too. The other grandson is remembering his past when he tried to do the same but not as much as the curly hair grandson is trying. He is angry at him but he does agree with him. He still believes that the government is bad but he is complying because he believes he can’t do anything
